Announcing Summer Music Aldersbach, in Aldersbach Germany July 1 to July 13
Summer Music Aldersbach invites you to study with its internationally acclaimed faculty of soloists and chamber musicians for two weeks at the beautiful Aldersbach Abby in southern Bavaria.
Our instrumental and vocal instructors bring together decades of pedagogical expertise with a special focus on German and Austrian music and culture – the two Viennese schools. We offer an inspiring combination of solo instruction, chamber music and collaborative experiences. Grow musically and artistically as you perform in concerts and master classes with faculty members and guest artists, hone your skills in seminars, workshops, coaching and individual lessons. Enjoy sightseeing excursions and additional performance opportunities in nearby Passau and Salzburg, with visits to the Mozart sites and a fun side trip to Schloss Leopoldskron, film location of “The Sound of Music," where we will spend the night and perform a concert.
Optional classes are offered in music theory, German language and diction, history and composition.

Tuition and fees:
$3,800
10% student discount if paid in full by March 1st 2026
Tuition includes four individual lessons, four chamber coaching, master classes, seminars, concerts, room/board with 3 meals per day, excursions organized by the festival and complimentary shuttle to and from Salzburg or Munich airport to Aldersbach. Lessons may be taken with one teacher or divided between two teachers.
Application and deposit fees are non-refundable and included in the tuition, except $60 late application fee after March 1st 2026. Remaining fees are refundable until May 1st, 2026. Transaction or credit-card fees are non-refundable.
